Jase has been coaching for over 14 years, beginning in the military he has trained soldiers on deployments across the globe. He has extensive experience both online and in person specialising movement mechanics and unlocking mental barriers to performance.

Rose is our women’s fitness specialist having spent nearly a decade coaching CrossFit, Weightlifting and Pilates.

Her qualifications and experience within pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause fitness go hand in hand with her passion for keeping Strength and Conditioning accessible and beneficial across the many chapters of women’s fitness.
