What you'll find!
Inside you'll find a variety of brand new equipment to cover everything you'd need in a session. We have a wide range of dumbbells and kettlebells and more plates than a Toby Carvery.
​
We also have brand new CV machines and a gymnastics rig running along the wall with squat bays. We also have a shop upstairs selling drinks, bars and a range of fitness equipment.
What to expect!
All of our sessions are coached by our expert team who will give full demonstrations and coaching throughout. If needed, we will provide modifications for movements to cater for any specific requirements you have.
